other Recognized Organizations and Merchant Marine Consular Offices

Subject: Oil Record Book Changes

Reference: MARPOL 73/78 as amended.

 

 

A new Form of Oil Record Book (the second revision) was adopted by the MEPC at its twenty-first session. These changes will enter into force on 4 April 1993.

This Administration is issuing a list of changes to the existing Panamanian Oil Record Book via the Class Societies and Merchant Marine Consular Offices.

All owners/operators and masters of Panamanian flag vessels are advised to note the list of such changes to the existing Panamanian Oil Record Book.
