The Directorate General of Consular and Maritime Affairs taking into consideration the suggestions of shipowners/operators of Panamanian Flag vessels will grant authorizations to Class Societies and other recognized organizations which maintain offices in Panama, for the application and implementation of crew accommodations and other related regulations.

Class Societies and other recognized organizations are to request authorizations from Secnaves through their legal representatives in Panama.
